I’ve been looking for a a heating pad like this for a very long time my muscles hurt and it makes my joints hurt now it goes around my neck and heat my shoulders at the same time as the rest of my body yippee 😁 also there is a soft tie to tie together my cats have stolen all of my heating pads LOL AND I had to give up one side of my bed to them their not spoiled (yes they are) their just being cats 😽

This really helps with my neck pain and headaches. It warms really fast , first setting is plenty warm enough. It stays on my chair and throughout the day, when I start hurting, I take a 15 minute brake and then I’m back at it.

I have repetitive use nerve issues with my shoulders and biceps. This pad is awesome! It’s lightly weighted, so the shoulder flaps stay in place even if you don’t snap the collar. The heating element covers the WHOLE pad, including shoulder flaps. My shoulders, from neck to rotator cuff, are wrapped in heat. It has 4 heat levels, and the 4 days I’ve been using it, I haven’t passed level 3. I haven’t tried washing it yet, but the plug and controller are sturdy and easy to handle. Basically, for under $30 it’s a good deal 👌

The size and the soft, plush fabric it’s made of is great.
The negatives:
Bottom edge is filled with sand and uncomfortable to lean against or lie on if using on your back.
Frustrating power system. Usually these have a separate on/off button. On this one, you click 1 button to turn on but then need to click through all 4 heat settings to turn it off. Makes it easier to leave it on accidentally instead of being sure you turned it off. Auto -turn off is helpful but when that happens, a red light flashes continuously until you turn the unit off. Not ideal in the middle of the night.
I have 2 of these and the heat varies considerably between them.

I gave this a 4 star rating because it was much bigger than expected. It was too big for me to use on my back comfortably and my husband didn’t want it. It looked nice and I read the other reviews about how well it works. I wish I could have tried it.

This is BY FAR the best heating pad for upper body pain! It is very comforting, easy to operate, just the right weight to be relaxing, worry free automatic shutoff, and you can use it to keep you warm if you are just cold natured instead of just in pain. I use mine every day but I do have to fight off my kids from trying to steal it from me. lol. It is definitely a must have at an incredible price that you can’t beat!

I like the size of the heating pad. The temperature is good. I do like the auto turn off even though it’s quite quick I feel like I have to keep turning it back on.
I think it would be nicer if the neck had a more adjustable closure because I find myself holding it most of the time, pulling it down so that I can feel the heat on my neck, which is where I have pain. But the size is great because it does go from your neck all the way down to your butt.

It’s a great design, and it works well, but it’s not big enough for a larger woman, like myself. I suspect it would also be a tight fit for most men. But it is really useful if you need heat on a shoulder or your back.

I have bought 4 of these. I washed one it didn’t work after that. The 2nd one just quit. I am currently using the 3rd one and have a spare one in the closet. Vendor did not call back. This is a good product. Also if broken like I said vendor would not call back for replacement and protection plan will not kick in until after vendor warranty. 65 years old and in constant pain. Customer service with vendor not good. One day I will get into this with Wal-Mart.

It get’s pretty hot on the highest setting, but I like it. Many heating pads don’t get hot enough for me. I love that it has auto shutoff. I use it on my back, but I have also wrapped it on my legs and over my stomach when I have pain and cramps. The cord is a good length too. I definitely recommend at $20.
