These good reviews must be paid or fake because this did nothing for my teenage sons congestion. The pain reliever in it works but it’s not going to help cold symptoms. He also could hardly swallow it because it tasted so bad. Don’t waste your money.

This stuff is great! It coats your throat so you don’t cough as much. It really dries up all the mucus so you’re not dripping all day. It also helps relieve the stuffiness so you can breathe.
