The Equate Extra Strength Pain Relief 500 mg Acetaminophen Caplets 1000 Count offers the same results as the national brand at 1/2 the cost. Overnight delivery was FREE with my Wal-Mart Plus plan.
You cannot beat the price, service, or quick delivery anywhere else unless you went to the store yourself!

I have severe OA which is extremely painful.
Taking the acetaminophen along with medication helps.
Have tried TV and Internet pain relivers, They just DON’T work for me. Just a waste of my time. I did however return them and received my money back.

This type OTC pain reliever is a daily use for me. This brand is equal in quality to name brands but far exceeds in pricing/value. Today being budget minded is imperative to most of us… this product is a wallet saver.

I was using a different brand of pain relief and decided to try this pain reliever. Product is exactly the same as a store brand BUT… the cost is at least 1/3 less. i live the amount of pills and the pills are carefully packaged and delivered with care and safety as a priority for the purchaser. i love the savings and quality of the product.

I really like the price. Make sure you read the warnings on the labels for how much of this to consume. Too much of this product can cause liver damage. This product is great for relieving pain and lower body temperatures or fevers.

Equate Acetaminophen Caplets are a definite addition to my medical cabinet! Since I am allergic to aspirin I have been taking these for years and my system (stomach) does not reject the equate caplets. Walmart is also very reasonably priced and my pain is gone soon after I take two caplets!
