This scooter is really nice for the price point. Super maneuverable, easy to put together and compact enough to load in the back of a small SUV. Love the accessories. This is really going to improve my elderly mom’s quality of life. I added a cute little rose bobble for fun!

For the price this scooter is terrific. I live in Fl I go with my kids grandkids to DisneyWorld a lot. I have a bad knee about 45 minutes of walking it acts up so I was looking for an inexpensive scooter for the parks. My first tome using it we were there for at least 6 hours and it was used a lot.
The battery stayed FULL all day. I thought the indicator for the battery was broken. It was’t. I used it around my subdivision just to see if it would go down a notch h finally after using it a few more tomes it went down a notch. Only thing I wish the seat had more cushion. It has 2 baskets if you have a cane it has a place for that. It is worth the money. IMHO

I’ve only had it a few days now so far, it’s been well worth it!! Only thing I don’t like so far is the backup beeping is to loud sounds just like smoke alarm scares my dogs and kind of embarrassing in the store. Other than that, it rides smooth so far seems to hold a charge and does have some distance usage still had some charge time left after a shopping trip!! And I’m really short and can stiil reach foot plate.

The first one came with a broken battery, with a big crack in it. Returned it and ordered another. It worked well the first two times at an inside flea market. The second use was at Kings Island and it worked well. A few days later returned to Kings Island and toward the late afternoon it started not wanting to run well. It would stop but then it would go again, that happened three times that day. Then the fourth use it would start making a loud beeping sound, the lights on the control started flashing and it would jus stop. We had to remove the battery and reinstall it and let it sit for a few minutes before it would go again. This was at Columbus Zoo and happened 7 times before I could get back tobthe side where the parking lot is to leave. Returned it and will not purchase this brand again. Not a good experience. only used those 4 times for daus where a lot of walking would have been involved.

I received my new SACVON scooter yesterday’s afternoon. It was really simple to put it together. I charged the battery 🔋,as recommended. I have no issue with this product. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! Now i can do more things now, since i received this SCOOTER, that my HUSBAND bought me( he gave me the money for it) instead of being stuck at home at the time. I do have a manual wheel chair,but, i can’t go nowhere without my husband’s help, I have heart issue and on oxygen and so before i got my scooter, i need my husband help by pushing me around in my manual wheelchair, this scooter will make both of our lives easier,since he no longer has to push me around in my wheelchair. I LOVE everything about my SCOOTER. I would purchase another one for my LOVING HUSBAND.

Great product (so far) serves its purpose. no complaints (so far). love it came with two big size baskets to attached on scooter ( front back).
DISLIKE: cant get in contact with seller for warranty info. called Walmart twice to say they reached company yet no response. this company must be an international business- once sold in usa then thats it, you on your own. other than battery seems to quickly fluctuate, probably scooter in warehouse long time before going into the customer hands may invest in new battery ($59) but pray nothing majorly goes wrong ….

They sent me a used one. The scooter was kinda scratched in a few places. All the packing styrofoam was broken and not holding things in place. I finally broke down and bought one after knee surgery and this is what I get.The box also had a big hole in it.

Bought this mobility scooter AND the extended warranty from Walmart online.
3rd party seller shipped mobility scooter to my house damaged.
I was unable to contact the 3rd party seller, as they are in China, and no one would return my calls.
The hard bricks of styrofoam were exploded in the box.
The wires and electrical cables are damaged.
I called and was assured that Walmart would help me make this right.
I have spent no less than 4 hours on phone calls with Walmart “associates”.
12 separate phone calls since Sept when the package was delivered damaged.
All 12 phone calls were answered by Walmart “associates” who were in either Egypt or the Philippines.
They will NEVER let you speak with an actual associate who can help.
They lie and then keep you on holds for hours.
They refunded my warranty money and cancelled the policy.
HORRIBLE
I am currently fighting an aggressive form of cancer and do not need to deal with this type of treatment.
Do better Walmart-this IS DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING.

The scooter stopped working after 5 months. A warranty was purchased, but that was a waste of time because it’s supposedly still covered by the manufacturer for a year. The manufacturer has a non-working phone number, and emailing the manufacturer has proven to be another waste of time. Save yourself the headache by not buying this product!

Item looks very well made and mom loves it but item came damaged. Headlight was torn off and large scratches on neck a couple inches above the headlight. I returned and re-ordered which should be delivered today/tomorrow. Would love to leave a full review so ….To be continued
