Perfect size for a 5’5″ frame of a person to reach neck, shoulders and lower back all at once. The fabric is soft and I like that it had a fabric edging. I believe that makes is more durable. I wish the controller did not have both cords coming out of the top. it makes it a little akward and take out some of the length of the cord. But it is not a big dwal. Would definitely recommend.

this is a very large pad. it is timed and is perfect for full back or front full shoulder amd neck it is also bery soft and soothing. if i had neef for two i would buy again

I’ve been looking for a good and reliable heating pad for a little while. I ordered this one because of the good reviews and the great price. However, this one was just a little disappointing. The size is the only great thing about it. I have chronic back pain and have been using a heating pad for many years, trying to take fewer medications. A good heating pad beats all these medications, but the only problem is the risk of burning, as has happened in the past. This is not a heating pad for deep-tissue treatment; it’s more like a foot warmer. I give it 6 out of 10 stars for heat. I also tried the Pure brand, which had the best reviews. It was great for comfort and provided good heat, so I gave it 8 out of 10 stars for heat. I guess I’ll have to go back to my old brand, Sunbeam, which gives great heat but lacks size and is a downer. I didn’t want to pay $80.00 for a new heating pad; that’s a little crazy.

Pros – Great size, love the fabric, great heat and options for how long until it shuts off automatically. Cons – The way the control is wired is awkward. First it is too short of a length from the unit AND the way the cord goes into/out of the control makes it hard to “manage” it.

I love the big size and easy controls. I hae chronic pain and use almost daily The only bad part was the controller was always dropping on the ground so I rubberbanded a piece of craft felt folded up onto the controller to cushion it and it’s less noisy when it hits anything.

I liked that it is big-but the heat comes from the middle and does not reach the length of the heating pad. I like that it has 6 warm setting, but even at the 6 level, it’s not hot, just lukewarm. I will return and try to find what manufacturer makes the best warming pad.

This is the best heating pad I’ve ever owned. It fits from the top of my recliner down to the seat. It’s of good width to cover my neck, shoulders, and back easily. . The covering is very soft, and pad seems to be a little thicker than other brands. I will be purchasing more of these as a gift for my kids, and just to have an additional one on hand if needed. Highly recommended for people with muscular pain, injuries, or otherwise.

This is a really big heating pad it is very soft and works great. I like that you can program how long you want it on. it has up to 6 settings. The cord is long though I have had a longer one before. I like how it is set up with the cord and the programable handset separately. You can remove the cord and wash the pad.

The product, which is although nice,worked for only a few days and then all of a sudden it stopped warming,and wouldn’t start again!!
I was so looking forward for it,to help, because I suffer with chronic pain in my legs and knees,due to my Osteoarthritis ,and neuropathy!!
I am somewhat concerned that it just stopped working ,it would get extremely hot even on the normal settings , and would feel super hot all of a sudden! I would have to adjust it’
I’m glad that nothing serious,or worse didn’t happen with it !!
I’m sure it was a just a small defect !

this heating pad is well worth the money I bought two, one for me and one for my husband. we sleep with them every night, they are very relaxing, they put us to sleep. You can program them to stay on for one to two hours, and the temperature is adjustable.
