If you have a job that requires you be on your feet all day, please do not waste your time on other insoles. These are the best ones that I have found! I have terrible back problems and have had a couple back surgeries already. And these make it halfway possible to stand and run around all day. Definitely a must have!!

My feet hurt SO much during pregnancy and nothing was helping my pain. Couldn’t walk for more than 20 minutes without wanting to cry. These insoles allow me to walk around to stores or for errands for a good two hours without significant pain. When I feel tired I jjst elevate my feet for half hour to an hour and I’m ready to go again! AMAZING!

I love Dr. Scholls Womens Pain Relief Extra Support insoles. I am 60 years old and weigh 120 lbs, but I carry a daypack and light backpack. I was having heel pain which I suspect was the start of plantar fasciitis from power walking in thin insoles in ASICS and Merrill hiking shoes. Since I wear two different sizes of shoes depending if they are hiking or athletic, I can cut these insoles to fit both. Although Superfeet are ideal for serious strenuous hiking and backpacking, these are great for casual hiking at 50% less cost.

As someone who has always struggled with foot pain, especially if I gain weight, these are the only insoles that work for me. If I can fit them in a pair of shoes, I can wear those shoes all day long. For example, my Doc Martens would cause me pain after about 2-3 hours of walking, but with these Dr. School’s insoles, I can wear them ALL day long. I’m obsessed and need a million more pairs for all my shoes.

These are very comfortable and I haven’t had sore feet or Charlie horses since wearing these. Also my back isn’t hurting all the time. I work hard and I’m heavy set, these are a wonderful fit for my lifestyle and comfortability level. Would definitely recommend and buy again. Easy to cut to size and insert. Works best with wide width shoes. I use mine with wide width Skechers cool air and it’s like walking on 2 little clouds, i love it!

the insoles are well made and of a nice quality. I feel like i threw my money away, though, because if you wear a size 6, the arch will not be in the same
position as for someone who wears a size 10 or 11. There is no way to know this until you cut them to fit your shoe. Then you can’t return it because you cut it and the arch doesn’t fit right.

These inserts are a lifesaver for me; fit most of my shoes which allow me to take out the inserts that come in them and I can put them in the ones I choose to wear. They provide the arch support I need, plus more comfort for the toes and heels. Always worth the money to provide better support!

I am on my feet all day in the hospital, average 10-12000 steps in a day. i have very flat feet which causes hyperpronation of the ankles, and soreness of the ligaments and muscles, but also subsequently causes misalignment and extra shock to my knees and back causing pain and fatigue. the extra arch support (which is very sturdy and long lasting and durable) works wonders and somehow places everything back into alignment. As a physician myself, I would reccomend to use this daily to prevent long term complications of flat feet (bunions, strains on muscle and ligament, osteoarthritis, etc).
Mexico –
I have a pair of round toe cowboy boots i wear for gardening but the insole is so flat that after a short time it feels like im walking on concrete instead of grass/soil. Tried the soft-pillow inserts but they just rubbed thin. The Dr Scholl`s extra support made all the difference to my comfort level, no more rushing to finishing up because my feet were hurting. Bought some more for my casual boots as well.

the green strip that runs under the arch is so long that it causes more pain than when i don’t use them. maybe it fits other people’s feet better, but it didn’t work for me
