Two drops in bag (batch 2000159618, exp. 07Dec2026) were unwrapped and had to be thrown out. This happened recently in another bag as well. These drops are expensive and having to throw out those that are unwrapped turns out to be a costly process. I love these cough drops and have to use a lot of them to supress coughing, so unwrapped drops are both a disappointment and rather unsanitary as well.

As a person with ‘Seasonal Allergies’ was searching for a cough drop that helps with ‘throat’ irritation and cough. I searched different brands, they were more like candy, not helping with allergen ‘cough’ After using Ricola Original Herb, I found it to ‘help’ with throat and cough. The price is ‘reasonable for ‘now’

Because of my allergies, my throat tends to be scratchy often. These not only soothe my throat, but they stop my cough. Four stars because the price is higher and the lozenges are smaller.

No lozenge soothes my throat like Ricola. I suck on too many of these but find no better alternative, because perfumes make me literally choke and Ricola opens my air passages.

Nothing compares to Ricola. They actually help and taste excellent. No cold spicy mouth. Just soothing goodness. My only problem is they taste so good I crunch them up and eat them instead of keeping it in my mouth as they dissolve.

delivery times are changed and things that were supposed to be delivered change to shipped. if i wanted it shipped i would have ordered on amazon. i ordered it for delivery today 8pm but now it is being shipped

Love the flavor and the ribbon is much less harsh on my gums. Had I known sooner that these picks have a ribbon instead of the thread, my gums wouldn’t have began to recede so quickly

The best thing about these cough drops is that they don’t taste like cough drops.
Mellow, soothing, pleasant tasting and just the right size. No medicinal taste. Most importantly, they work. I avoid over-the-counter drugs as much as possible. These cough drops do the job and they are natural.

10/19/24 Package not delivered to door 201. Condo has no mailroom or other secure area. Policy of delivering only to door posted in lobby near mailboxes. Other deliveries not secure. FedEx, UPS, USPS Amazon follow delivery to door policy. This delivery service us apparently not following policy despite warnings and lost packages.
